Help with a Legacy device

Legacy devices support most Gen1/Gen2/Gen3 Toyota/Lexus vehicles, including K Line. K Line logging and other features require WiFlash. Legacy software compatibility is expected to end after 2026; contact support about hardware upgrades.

Use the Android setup path for your WiFlash kit. The Windows installer and USB driver above do not install an Android app.

The mobile workflow supports Android. An iPhone app is not currently offered here.

Your Windows setup checklist

  1. Confirm the vehicle and hardware

    Check your exact vehicle, engine, ECU and any required connection cables before starting.

  2. Install the software and driver

    Install VF Tuner, then use the software & driver guide for your WiFlash or Legacy device. Some PDF screenshots show an earlier software version.

  3. Register your Windows device

    The Windows registration guide explains how to send your order number and device serial to support. If you bought through a dealer, contact that dealer for registration help.

  4. Identify the ECU and find the matching file

    Use the Primary Calibration ID reported by the software. Select only the exact matching file. Available stock files and tunes depend on the vehicle and your license.

  5. Follow the flashing guide

    Confirm the correct vehicle template, required cables and exact calibration match. Follow the current guide and every on-screen power, connection and ignition instruction.
