Contact support

Choose what you need help with. Add the details you have so we can investigate your request.

Windows activation: include the order number and device serial from the registration window. Purchases from a dealer should be registered with that dealer.

Android setup: tell us your phone model, app version if installed, and which WiFlash kit you have. We can direct you to the current app and setup instructions.

Record the software instructions and exact error. Keep power and connections stable while an operation is active; contact us before trying a different calibration.

Include the exact engine, transmission and market. Add the ECU / Calibration ID if you already have it; do not guess a matching calibration.
